New rules...?

I had quite a lengthy game of 'handball' today with Toby, and discovered several new terms that were never around when I used to play at school. I have my suspicions that Toby has made a number of these up himself, or picked them up from others at school, but here's the list that turned up during the course of our game...

Indo (huh???)

Indecent serve (what on earth!!)

and my personal favorite:

Indo, by Pole (when the ball passed him and hit a pole).

Now, what on earth all of these things mean is beyond me, but the result is that Toby never actually loses a point. He just consistently calls out the appropriate (??) comment before, during or after the game and before you know it, you've started again but without ever winning a point. If someone would be kind enough to fill me in on the current rules and terms of schoolyard handball, I'd be most grateful.
