Oxford and the Cotswolds

You'll never guess what I have done. I've left my camera cord in Pam's computer and Andrew's is the wrong one. I'm so upset because I have photos of me in front of the Eagle and Child where CS Lewis, Tolkien and the other Inklings met to drink and read whatever they were working on, and of me in front of what used to be the public library but is now the Oxford museum. We have had a wonderful day having reluctantly said goodbye to Pam and Suffolk and driven to Oxford and then Icomb.
Oxford is much bigger than Cambridge and a lot busier, though it could just be that it is the weekend. I suppose Oxford is closer to London than Cambridge. It is also older. Andrew left his camera in the car but I will share photos with you when I can!
We then continued on to Icomb to see Cally and Aunty Bunny. The Cotswolds is absolutely beautiful. The villages are made of stone - and the countryside is lush. After a restorative cup of tea and a lovely chat with Aunty Bunny, Cally took us to another village called Lower Slaughter to see Jane, Glyn, Ian and Alda - we're cousins and Ian was able to fill in our part of the family tree. We took some family photos that are stuck on my camera - sorry Mum and Granny!
In the mean time I'll share some older photos from Andrew's camera.
