Happy Birthday Phil!

It is my little brother's birthday. Have a lovely evening Phil!

Yesterday at church we had a Fairtrade morning tea. That meant that the coffee and tea we drank was certified Fairtrade, that the people who grew the beans and leaves were paid a fair price for them. I started buying Fairtrade chocolate earlier in the year when I discovered that much of the world's cocoa is produced using child slavery. Thankfully Coles and Woolies stock Fairtrade products so they aren't hard to get. Scarborough Fair, which is a New Zealand company, have a decent range of chocolate and tea at Coles and Robert Timms does Fairtrade coffee bags. At the morning tea there was also a stall with other Fairtrade products on it and they were bought from Tribes & Nations and check out all the other wonderful things you can get! Our minister ordered coffee, tea and chocolate from them on Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday - I will be shopping with them!

Speaking of tea, look what arrived this afternoon! Thanks Tim and Shona!

Last night I went in to Bethany's room to check on her before I went to bed and found her hugging Dolldoll in her sleep. I am going to miss her while we're away - this time next week we'll be on a big plane.
