Thanks Mum and Dad!

After a wonderful week of fun, Mum and Dad left for Melbourne yesterday morning a little after I left for work. I can't believe that the next time we see them will be after our trip. We did some poring over maps and Mum and Dad both mentioned places we should go but I have realised (thanks Trish) that we are in danger of trying to see too much. It would be a shame to see everything an area has to offer for all of five seconds each. We must enjoy our trip and not ruin it with rushing and worrying!



While I was getting ready for work yesterday Toby hopped into our bed and was chatting to Andrew about the day Andrew and I were married. When Toby hops in with me sometimes we talk about the day he was born. Andrew asked him what he knew about that day and he said "Mummy really wanted a boy and when I came out she said 'Hello Toby'. How did you think of the name so quickly?" I told him that, in fact, choosing a boys' name had been a slow and frustrating experience and asked him if he liked his name. "Its not my favourite", "What would you like to be called?" I asked. I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't Leviticus! Toby would rather be called Leviticus!

Today is my one in five Saturdays at work. Thankfully next Friday is a public holiday. I also found out last week that my first day back at work after the trip is also a public holiday! You'd think I had planned it...
