Hockey

Mum and Dad arrived last night in time to have dinner with Mim. We had felafel with baba ghanoush and tabbouleh

and Eton mess.

This morning we got up reasonably early because we are now Saturday sport people. Jossie and her team played a great game against a team of significantly older and bigger children. They lost but they played brilliantly and Jossie was much more involved than last game. It was very difficult to get a decent photo, this is the best I could do.

We went straight to the farmers' markets from the game and enjoyed bacon and egg rolls and coffee while we wandered around buying purple potatoes (!) and caramelised nuts. We were too late to buy lamb and pumpkin pies from the Quinty Bakehouse stall so we drove out to Uranquinty to buy them from the bakery itself for lunch. A lovely day.
