Congratulations Janice!
My good friend Janice had a baby girl! There are a lot of boys in her family (she has 2 and her brother has 5) so little Sarah is a very welcome addition, not that we would have been unhappy with a boy, but every woman wants a daughter somewhere along the line. They do cause trouble though....just ask my mother. I would love to post a photo of her but I haven't seen any yet. Hint hint (I mean, what can you be doing that prevents you from sending photos?)
Toby, Bethany and I had a lovely quiet Sunday. This is Toby playing Skip-bo with me after church. Oh look, my beloved Kitchen-Aid is in the background.

I haven't got any more photos for you because I have been at work all day yesterday and today. Andrew and Jossie arrived home yesterday afternoon in time to pop in to the uniform shop at school. Jossie needs everything new this year! Then I had to go to an Historical Society meeting (as local studies librarian I am on the board). It was uneventful except that this afternoon I received a phonecall from one of the members about the new Internet classes I am starting at the library and she asked me if I am having a baby!! She is lucky that I like her very much because that can be a very damaging question! I had to inform her that underneath my admittedly puffy shirt, there is only flab and she told me that she actually only saw me from the boobs up. Recovering from the fact that an elderly woman said the word boobs I told her that they are just always big to which she replied "Lucky you! I was behind the door when they handed them out!" I told Andrew many years ago that you never ask if a woman is pregnant unless you actually see a baby coming out, don't risk it.
It is still very cool in Wagga. I could actually imagine being cold this morning and it reminded me that there are some good things about summer. I really like it being light when I have to get up early. It makes it much harder to get up when it looks like the middle of the night. I also like just getting straight out of bed and walking around without having to put on extra layers. Pretty much everything else about summer is rubbish.
Mim came home today and will be over tomorrow night for dinner. I've really missed her so I can't wait. It will be a good opportunity to take photos - I made Nigella's Italian chocolate pudding!
