Time away

When I think back to everything that has happened since the last post, it's astounding to think of how much we pack into our lives. Not that it's all rush rush thank goodness - there was a holiday in there somewhere... The picture here was taken when we had a holiday in Tomakin, south of Batemans Bay. It was a novelty for the kids to play at the beach, so they made the most of it as you can see. Amy and I had a relaxing time reading and enjoying being somewhere away from the norm. We spent time at Mogo Zoo, Batemans Bay, and on the way home, a couple of nights in Canberra where we went to the National Museum, Dinosaur Museum and, of course Questacon.

Other excellent events since the last entry included Tim (Amy's brother) and Shona's wedding and Sare (Andrew's sister) and Ty's new addition to their family - young master Xavier. Everything else mentioned would be well overshadowed by those already mentioned, so we'll leave it at that... Amy has promised that she will make some entries soon - so now that I've typed that, we can all hold her to it ;)
