Birthday Girl

Yesterday I told a work friend that Bethany was turning 2 today - she nearly flipped out (no offence Flip). And rightly so - how quickly those 2 years have passed. Beth had a quiet but fun day today, with the bonus of having Amy's mum with us too. She opened presents, went out for a while, ate cake, sang, and received many cuddles. It wasn't that long ago that we were in hospital with her, worrying about the future. But that's behind us, and who knows what lies ahead. What we do know is that we are blessed to have such a beautiful child, one who's innocence, humour and good nature spur us on every day to enjoy life and enjoy cake... mmm.... bethalicious...
