Snowballs

Toby and I spent the day at Mt Selwyn yesterday. I'd promised him a trip at the time I took Joss, so off we went. I thought the novelty would wear off pretty quickly with Tobes, but after a couple of slides on the "boggan", he just didn't want to go. Throwing snowballs provided loads of entertainment, and even bashing into a couple of people and visa-versa didn't dampen his enthusiasm. "Bogganing" wasn't enough in the end, he became a little obsessed with skiing - however as we hadn't paid for it, and didn't have ski's, it had to be enough.

This was the first time for him - and he's hooked. There had been a huge downfall the previous 2 days and so there was lots of snow, which, combined with the lovely weather, made for a special boys day out.
