The girls race on....
It was cross country day today for Joss. Remember them? As I recall - some people put heart and soul into making the distance without stopping; some people got tired along the way, walked a bit, ran a bit..; some people found shortcuts (they only cheated themselves!). Anywho, enough reminiscing - Amy went and watched Joss who didn't do too badly for her 1km run. She finished somewhere in the middle and enjoyed herself. But what she may lack in speed she compensates for academically. We're getting great reports from her teacher, and she just cruises through reading and maths... She certainly loves her books (to Amy's delight), even though there just aren't enough hours in the day to read them. This is how we found her the other night...

Bethany continues to change. She's been crawling properly for a little while now and pulls up on furniture etc. Her vocab is reasonably impressive, as are the faces she pulls as she says some of them. We've discovered that her tongue is impressively long too - she can almost lick her neck!! Anyway, here's a cute photo of her just to get the lengthy tongue picture out of your heads!
