Holiday...

Tomorrow it's holiday time... Good. Very much looking forward to seeing familiar and new family faces when we head to Sydney - also catching up with good friends. It will be a busy time no doubt, which isn't exactly my idea of a fun holiday - but weighed up against seeing everyone and the excitement of Christmas (especially for the kids), I'm looking forward to it greatly.

Choosing presents for Christmas is a difficult thing - what is it that we all need? Or is it all in the giving? (don't bother answering that). I have a friend who's dream Christmas present is a good few hours of uninterrupted sleep (he has 2 kids) - the amusing thing is that whoever he tells just laughs at him... but he's serious! So he gets the powertool and no sleep - poor guy.
