Christmas???

I've just come back from my work Christmas party - and it's not even December yet! Anyway, it was interesting as always, watching the same old people drink the same old quantities, and then dance... Amy didn't come along this year, and I somehow found myself sitting between two lovely young ladies for the majority of the evening, chatting about all sorts of stuff... I left at 11pm and thanked them both for making me look good...

I'm looking forward to the coming week - the last couple of weeks have been fairly intense at work, and I've ended up working late each day and sorting out problems from home. This week however should be a little easier, and I can concentrate on doing the stuff at home I want to do. Although - add to that time with the kids, time with Amy and time just for myself, and there aren't many hours left in the day... curse this busy lifestyle!

On a slightly different note, we were greatly honoured to be asked to be godparents to little Andrew K last night. It is a responsibility that we will take very seriously, and despite the varying views on what a godparent is/does, we will pray often for this little guy and endeavour to remain a part of his life.. I'd of course post a picture of him, but I don't have one yet, so here's one of Amy & Beth that I like...
