Cough, splutter...

Last week was nuts. Work for me was unusually busy - one night on call was spent almost entirely at the hospital. The only saving grace that night was that the security guard wandered out of a room towards me holding a box of Krisy Kreme doughnuts! They don't even make them in Wagga!! I called him a saviour, took 2 and my night became bearable. Amy picked up a gastro bug on Thursday, so was out of action for a couple of days, wandering around looking poorly with a can of Glen 20 firmly gripped in her hand (I shall call her "disinfecto"). Toby - our resident sick boy, got another cold or something (I'm trying to forget). I'm also trying to lay a new floating floor in a few rooms - but have to do it when Beth is awake, so it's taking time which is slightly frustrating. And... it goes on... but I'll stop there. Would I have it any other way....? Damn straight I would. No call out's - no sickness - and kids should only sleep when it's convenient for me, and entertain themselves without complaint otherwise... (joking ;)

Anywho, despite a lousy week, we're all now well and happy. We jumped this hurdle ok - bring on next week. This next photo was taken by Sir Scott on Sunday for us - it's officially the only shot of the 5 of us, so I thought it worth sharing.

The Canola is out - always looks impressive
