Return of the epic...

We have to juggle seeing movies these days... I'll go one night, Amy the next. Occasionally we'll find someone to look after the kids so we can share the experience, but not last night. As it is, there are some wise decisions to be made in life, and not going to any of the Lord of the Rings movies with Amy is one of them... it's all good!

I'm guessing that she'll post something about 'The Return of the King' soon, but this is my spot... The movie is HUGE... 3hrs 20mins of excellent viewing.... It completed what I think has been a masterfully made trilogy. Whether you have issues with the correlation between book and movie or not - the scenes and battles in this movie are at times jaw-dropping, despite the immunity we have developed for such things... Go see it - impressive is an understatement..
